Are you happy doing whatever it is you are doing right now!? If not, then I recommend changing course. I know it is hard, but it is much harder when you end up sick, having stomach pains, headaches, things like that or worse yet, end up in the hospital. I will not sit here and say that it is easy but real change and happiness requires an action, or actions, that may run counter to what one may be used to.
