Last year I posted about a few Happiness Movements I was loving at the time, so I thought it would be fun to make an updated list because there are so many amazing ones out there! Here we go:
1) The Chalk Project
I stumbled upon Chalk Project on Instagram and have been a fan ever since. Their purpose is to spread messages of kindness and inspiration. They “create uplifting messages with chalk on neighborhood sidewalks, with hopes that this anonymous message will collide with the person that needs it most.”

2) Kid President
Have you heard of the kid president? You may have seen his videos including, “20 Things We Should Say More Often” (one of my favorites). Their website says “we are doing this because we believe kids can change the world. We also believe grown ups can change the world. It just takes all of us working together…As Kid President says, “Love changes everything. So fill the world with it.”

3) Pay it Forward Experience
The Global Pay it Forward Experience is all about making the world a better place. They give you a daily suggestion with an act of kindness so we can all help make the world a better place. It reminds me of the Happy Explosion!

4) Drink Your Juice
Their mission is to “empower you to be your happiest you.” They believe that “a balance in each of the areas below can improve your personal happiness: Adventure, Community, Enlightenment, Exercise, Money Management, Natural Health, and Nutrition.”

5) Ripple Kindness Project
The Ripple Kindness Project creates a school curriculum which “educates and inspires the hearts and minds of young people by cultivating kindness, generosity, respect, compassion, responsibility, positivity, resilience, love and a sense of belonging. They “find ways of encouraging more happiness and positive growth around us.”
