  1. Have you read, ‘The Happiness Project’? It’s fantastic and similar to your thinking. I love all the links. Especially the first one :). HAPPY SMILING!

  2. Checked a couple of the sites you have here. Shared one with my husband. He is a real “glass half empty kind of guy”. This was his response.

“I used to be better at lying to myself than I am now. I now know that merely THINKING life is not a shit sandwich doesn’t make it taste any better or make it easier to swallow.
I wish I could believe all that new age mumbo, jumbo. I just can’t make it work anymore.

    Sorry”

It is true that our future is looking bleak and we may have to work till we die. But happiness comes in moments not in lifetimes. And the more happy moments you have someday you can look back and say. “I had a happy life”.
I am being conscious and making a choice to find joy and be happy. I pray my husband will do the same.

    1. Wow how interesting. Thanks so much for sharing. It makes me happy that you can stay positive with everything you’re going through. Hang in there!

      1. It hasn’t always been that way. I just can’t take the depression any more. So I am finding my own worth and taking care of me. It isn’t easy when life isn’t the way I want it to be. Or even the way it should be. It is the only healthy choice

  3. I have nominated you for a Shine On award for the inspiration I find here. This is where I come to find a little peace. Thanks for that. Keep Shining into people’s lives.

  4. thank you, thank you! I actually am subscribed to an inordinately larger amount of fairly depressing blogs (as you can imagine, since I focus on mental illness and suicide prevention), so I think I definitely need this influx of happiness! can’t wait to check them out! 🙂

  5. I’m impressed, I have to admit. Rarely do I come across a blog that’s both educative and entertaining, and without a doubt,
you’ve hit the nail on the head. The issue is an issue that not enough men and women are speaking intelligently
about. I’m very hwppy that I found this during my hunt for something regarding this.
